Online Payments
Secure Online PaymentsBuilt Into Registration
Players pay the registration fee by UPI or card through Razorpay while registering. Unsold players are refunded automatically, and organizers get a clear settlement with every rupee accounted for.
Secure online collection
Players pay the registration fee online through Razorpay using UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM) and debit/credit cards. Payment is confirmed instantly and the player ID is issued automatically.
2.36% online payment charge (incl. GST)
Every online payment carries a 2.36% charge (2% payment gateway fee + 18% GST on that fee). The organizer chooses whether the player pays it on top of the fee or it is deducted from the organizer's payout.
Settlement in 3–5 working days
Collected fees, minus online charges and refunds, are settled to the organizer's bank account within 3–5 working days after registration closes.
Automatic refunds
Players who go unsold are refunded in full within 24 hours of the auction completing. Players removed by the organizer are refunded immediately. The money reaches the player's account in 5–7 working days.
